Text Messaging Consent Policy

This is a copy of the Text Messaging Consent Policy clients receive when they sign their Service Agreement.

By opting in to receive text messages from Testa CPA, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Consent to Receive Texts 

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive periodic text messages from Testa CPA regarding scheduling, meeting reminders, or other information relevant to your account with us.

 

2. Opt-Out Option 

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive any text communications unless you opt back in by contacting us directly.

 

3. Message Frequency 

Message frequency may vary, as we typically only message clients who request that as their preferred means of communication.  Messaging may include meeting reminders, account questions, or responses to client messages. We will usually send between 1-5 messages per month, depending on your engagement and needs.

 

4. Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and any other information provided will be used solely to communicate with you as described above and will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. For more information, please refer to our full Privacy Policy on page 2 of this document.

 

By signing “YES” at the bottom of this form, you confirm your agreement with this Text Messaging Consent Policy.
