Text Messaging Consent Policy

By opting in to receive text messages from Testa CPA, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Consent to Receive Texts 

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our form, you consent to receive periodic text messages from Testa CPA regarding scheduling, meeting reminders, and account-related updates. Message and data rates may apply. You will receive a confirmation message upon signing up with details on how to opt out at any time

 

2. Opt-Out Option 

Once you sign up for text messaging, you will receive a confirmation message with opt-out instructions.  You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive any text communications unless you opt back in by contacting us directly.

 

3. Message Frequency 

Message frequency may vary, as we typically only message clients who request that as their preferred means of communication.  Messaging may include meeting reminders, account questions, or responses to client messages. We will usually send fewer than 5 messages per month, depending on your engagement and needs. Message and data rates may apply. 

 

4. Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and any other information provided will be used solely to communicate with you as described above and will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
